Fluffle Puff is first seen in a Tumblr askblog called Dan VS FiM created by FluffyTown/FluffyMixer. Fluffle Puff has appeared in a series called Fluffle Puff stories and 2 songs Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows (PFUDOR) and a cover of Let Me Drive My Van Into Your Heart. ITS A WAINBOOW!! She loves eating Rainbow Poop(Can be seen in the background of her house)

- Fluffle Puff has mastered onomatopoeia by blowing raspberries, gasping, and squeaking noises that resemble the "squee" noise that Fluttershy makes in "Stare Master". However in some videos, Fluffle Puff can speak, an example is bronyanimstudios' lip sync test on Fluffle Puff.

Personality
Fluffle Puff is very light-hearted and is usually used in visual gags involving their fur. She seems to be a friend of the "bad guys" like Queen Chrysalis, Discord and Nightmare Moon. The soft ponies are more perfect than perfection and measured by Fluffle Puff, the perfection of cuteness is so incomparable. She also seems to go to the hospital a lot. In "Pink Fluffy Unicorns Dancing on Rainbows" she can be seen with an a do-it-yourself unicorn horn on her head, which shows that Fluffle Puff has a lot of imagination. And she's obviously adorable. She loves Chryssi, cakes and tacos!
Relationships
In one fiction Fluffle Puff seems to have Chryssi as her love interest. They usually bond with each other and as seen on Hearts and Hooves Day she wanted Chryssi to be her special somepony. Chryssi accepted it and in the end Chryssi made Fluffle Puff cry so she gave her a kiss and left.
